Mobiado has introduced its Stealth collection which includes two handset designs, the Mobiado 105GMT Stealth and the 105GMT Antique. Both handset designs 105GMT Stealth and 105GMT Antique are luxurious and were inspired by military stealth aircraft. The 105GMT combines sapphire crystal, aluminum and mechanical watches.
From aircraft aluminum, the 105GMT Stealth frame is precision CNC machined and it is anodized black, its buttons are sapphire crystal with sapphire crystal buttons, hand painted in black just to produce a phone entirely stealth. On the phone, all the symbols and lettering are hand painted dark grey. A unique painting process has been used so that the keypad visibly disappears and also becomes illuminated when the keypad lights up.
From solid brass, the 105GMT Antique frame is precision CNC machined and then it is finished with a 10 micron thick coating of rose gold. A unique painting process has been used so that the rose gold keypad visibly disappears and also becomes illuminated when the keypad lights up that create a dramatic effect while viewing it in low light conditions.
The whole back and front of both 105GMT Stealth and Antique are crafted from large pieces of sapphire crystal, with a wear resistance second only to diamond. Both phones include the feature a unique sliding battery cover mechanism from one large piece of sapphire crystal. Both incorporate a unique dual dial design that give a truly one of a kind look to both the phone and incorporate a unique dual mechanical watch movement that allows for the setting of two international time zones.
Each Swiss gold-plated mechanical watch movement include 25 jeweled bearings with self-winding automatic mechanism, the movements are attached with a Mobiado 3D shock absorbing system for everyday use. Only 117 of these mobile phones were produced. Both the105GMT Stealth and Antique are unlocked, dual-band WCDMA and quad-band GSM/EGSM network operational that work within Europe, North America, Africa, South America and Asia- Pacific.
