Michael Jackson – buried in $25,000 Gold-Plated Casket

Posted by Yogesh Kumar On August - 4 - 2009

The King of Pop, Michael Jackson deserved the royal departure as a huge amount of money had invested into a box that holds his earthly remains while he is in heaven. Michael Jackson had laid to rest in a $25,000, 14-karat gold plated, solid bronze casket that had ordered from Batesville Casket Company.

This expensive coffin gold casket looks luxurious on the outside and very comfy on the inside and is called “The Promethean” that has a hand-polished mirror finish and the coffin is lined with a dark blue velvet interior. It cost half of a year’s salary for the average folks. It really looks nice and we are sure he had loved it. To bury James Brown, the same solid bronze casket had been used.

According to the source, at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, Michael’s public memorial had staged on July 7. The venue was the same place where Jackson performed his final tour rehearsal, on June 25, just two days before his death. There around 20,000 fans were expected to attend.

We wish for the King of Pop, Michael Jackson that he would have the same place in everybody‘s heart in heaven as he had on earth. Nobody can fill the place which he had left in the World of Pop. May God bless you Jackson.

To my understanding people are/were keener to see the casket & not Michael. This is all so mawkish. Why doesn’t the family just bury him privately at an unknown spot and have done with it. I guess no-one understand’s the privacy anymore? There seems to be some mis-apprehension that the world is entitled to be a part of all this and the media are hardly helping by their Constance coverage and speculation. It’s really quite nauseating, this obsession with a dead body!

This is what my thinking, anyways i like this article as I believe I am the biggest fan of MJ in this universe. I love reading stuff related with MJ. So keep posting such type of article.

Thanx Yogesh for such a great article
