A golden opportunity has come to you especially to all gun lovers to get historic firearms that we heard of in folklore and tales only. Yes, there is historic firearms sale in the James D. Julia Auctions in Fairfield October 6-7.
Items range from the morbid death mask of FBI most wanted bank robber John Dillinger to a 1968 Browning pistol with pearl hand grips, a gold trigger as well as a fancy engraved barrel.
This exhibition has display of items than belonged to Dillinger which would be very impressive. A Belgian Kncukleduster Revolver is there with an estimated price ranging between $7,000 and $9,000. The famous Colt Navy Flask has a price range of $2,500-$4,500. The 1968 Browing pistol with gold trigger has a price range of $2,500-$4,500.
But the rather morbid death mask of John Dillinger is the most exciting indeed.
So, I am expecting the auction with the enthusiastic collectors to be a raging hit. If you can not buy them then don’t worry, you can see them at close at least. The sale can be previewed in person Oct. 2-5 or online here.
