Faberge is the Russian jeweler famous for its jewel-encrusted Easter eggs has released its first jewellery collection since 1917. Faberge has a statement about the collection “embodies the ethos of visionary artist-jeweler Peter Carl Faberge.” To create an initial collection of 100 items at his studio in Paris and to collaborate under the creative direction of Katharina Flohr, Faberge Creative Director the Faberge chose Parisian artist-jeweler Frederic Zaavy.
To create mosaic effects on brooches, rings, necklaces and earrings, the collection uses hundreds or thousands of tiny gems on each piece and the collection ranges from $58,000 to $10 million includes the feature like a $320,000 Sadko Sea Horse Brooch crafted, one of Tatiana Fabergé’s favorite pieces in the collection, a $335,000 Fire Bird Brooch.
You can select to visit the Geneva store or to view the piece in person; you can make a private appointment in the city of their choice. After selection, the Faberge jewel will be hand-delivered by the sales advisor, at place and a time which will suit you.
In the face of the Russian Revolution, the House of Faberge was forced to close in 1917. In 1951, the family lost the rights to the brand and then the Faberge name was later used to promote cosmetics and fragrance. This change had occurred in 2007 when the brand was acquired by an investment firm. From Unilever in January 2007, Pallinghurst Resources has bought the portfolio of trademarks with the aim of restoring Faberge as a top luxury brand. Peter Carl Faberge’s two surviving great granddaughters were brought back into the company and to safeguard the legacy of the family name, the Faberge Heritage Council was formed.
So, this is a golden choice for ladies and for men also as they can gift a beautiful jewellery set to your girl friend or wife and win their hearts again!!
