You must know about an impressive contest between Apple and Google where Android seems to invade Apple’s turf. A company called Touch Revolution has just given something new to the future with its microwave and washing machine with the Google OS. An OEM can integrate their new product Android-powered NIM1000 Touch Module into a wide range of products adding gesture-based touch controls to almost any device.
I am not sure how good the idea to improve my washing clothes would be, but I am sure it will make revolutionary transformation in my menu with its cooking app that gives perfect cooking settings for different-different dishes and even feedback to help improve the way the microwave cooks stuff.
This saves a company from having to research and develop their own touch-screen software and hardware and because it does run Android, the possibilities of what that touch screen can do are almost endless.
The idea of a washing machine or a microwave oven running Android might seem like a bit much, but behind these two concepts, the company Touch Revolution has a pretty clever product.
