i think HTC diamond will offer u more compatibilty for all MS applications as Nokia E 71 doesnt work on MS plateform, its totally based on Symbian OS. If this doesnt matter and you are looking for a long battery life then u shud prefer E71 over HTC. Also no doubt Nokia offers better service then HTC.

Thr is a fair price difference between these two models u have mentioned so i think if u r budgetting below 20K E71 suits you otherwise HTC Diamond will cost u around 26K. Rest on your choice and decision. all the best for ur shop.
