This is very common thing for Dubai people to see luxury cars but this time Audi has given the surprise to Dubai in the Frankfurt Auto Show 2009. And that surprise was its new Chrome Audi R8.
I think this Audi R8 5.2 FSI V10 will not suit everybody’s tastes. This car is chromed out all over, so you should be really careful of getting scratched as it will make it ugly as well as it will be very expensive to fix. On US roads, this car in a chrome finish might not be a common site but in Dubai, the courtiers of luxury likes it with bling.
The whole car is covered in a shiny chrome finish which makes up a perfect mirror. The unique finish gives the FSI V10 a funky but over the top appearance.
In this Audi’s chrome R8 coupe, all might look all flashy but the parts that are usually chrome such as the grills and rims have been turned black. The 525-hp V10-powered model is capable of hitting 60 mph in 3.8 seconds.

Audi R8 was made specifically for show purposes but the automaker has no plans to offer a chrome version for sale. There is no official information about the price and availability by Audi
