-46The biggest Cycle Show of 2009 was very special for Digi Foo-Kune that she can’t forget this event as it was her surprise anniversary gift which she got from her husband.  Her husband took her to the show where she was presented with a custom-built titanium bike, included with 18ct gold parts, trim and inset diamonds.

When Digi’s was stolen then her husband Lee had promised her an Enigma frame but Digi’s trin-mad husband Lee had promised her an Enigma frame after her bike was stolen but then he secretly went to award-winning jeweler Nicholas James of Hatton Garden to customize the bike for creating an unforgettable wedding anniversary gift.

Special Features:

•    ‘Elle’ ladies handle bars by ITH
•    Enigma ‘Elle’ frame 50cm with mirror polished logos
•    3 x 18ct gold badges by Nicholas James
•    2 x Collection quality diamonds (D flawless) in the top tube
•    18ct gold plated Campagnolo Centaur carbon Group Set
•    700c hand built wheels: Mavic Open Pro Rims, Ambrosio hubs and 32 x 18ct gold plated spokes per wheel
•    Carbon fibre seat post
•    Continental GP 4000 gold tyres
•    Easton Carbon Fibre forks

The titanium bike took months of labor to complete it and after months of labour the British bike bling was unveiled on Enigma’s stand to the Foo-Kune. Foo-Kune said Nicholas James is her favourite jeweler. She loves their contemporary style. The finish is perfection. But she can’t take it out on the open road as the bike will be on display until the end of December, at Nicholas James’ showroom in Hatton Garden. Her husband paid a cool £10,000 for the bike.

So, I think it is truly a work of art but that if you are a bike lover then you would definitely appreciate.
