With New ESTILO, Take a Fresh view of Life

Posted by Isha Farhad On August - 27 - 2009

All Maruti cars are my Dad’s favorite cars. He never look at others cars to drive and to go somewhere with family. He is very fond of new Maruti cars. So, now he will be happier when I will give him one great news that Indo-Japanese car maker Maruti Suzuki has launched a new petrol version of its hatchback Estilo Tuesday on Aug 25.

EstiloThis new model of Maruti Suzuki includes a 998 cc, three-cylinder petrol engine and it is more powerful as well as also better in terms of fuel efficiency compared with the earlier version as the car delivers a superior fuel efficiency of 18.2 km per litre.

It is available in eight colors, including four new colors emerald Blue, ecru beige, quantum orange and dusky brown and remaining four from the existing uperior white, silky silver, midnight black and bright red.

The company is planning to invest around Rs.1,000 to Rs.1,500 Crore to build its first research and development centre in the country, to be built over 700 acres in Rohtak in Haryana. Last week, the land was handed over to the company. They are planning to sell about 3,000-4,000 units of this new model per month.

Maruti Suzuki has made their Estilo more contemporary as well as substantially increase its appeal to small car buyers.

The car boasts of an all new front styling that includes new headlamps, a revised grill and a macho bumper which has sculpted integrated fog lamps. Its new wheel covers the entire exterior makeover to give a style to this car which is in sync with today’s market demands. Maruti Suzuki has really taken the pains in making the new Estilo part of the family and they have stripped it of its plain-jane looks plus they have given it a bolder stance.

So, I am planning to gift this new Estilo to my Father on his birthday that is on 1st Oct.

Computer Choppers Covers 24″ iMac with Platinum Now!!

Posted by Abhyudaya Tripathi On August - 27 - 2009

Yesterday! My one of my friend had told me that now I can add bling to my iMac. It is unbelievable that one of the most non-metal objects in the world can be made metal. For the enthusiasts of embellishments, this is for the greater part and therefore, Computer Choppers is there.

Computer Choppers, the latest perpetrator is offering you a 24″ plated in polished platinum iMac with a custom cut Apple Logo inlayed in the back of its chassis. Heck, the platinum treatment was even extended to both mouse and keyboard. This is a beautiful example of a customized iMac system and represents just a small portion of customizations available for this product. In addition to plating, you can color anodizing in flat and candy colors, custom logos in the rear and front of the computer, and jewelry modifications of sizes and shapes.

But I think platinum is not as cheap as, this iMac will exceed the $2,199 of the most expensive model in store of Apple. Still, if you want the best fingerprint storage system, OS X and also the heartbreak of knowing your desk ornament will soon be outdated then this is the one-stop solution. So, you can place your order in the pursuit of adding bling to your iMac.

MacGyver Chef – Poached Chicken and Couscous in your Coffee Maker

Posted by Kamleshwar Bhatt On August - 27 - 2009

This is one of the coolest articles that I have written in a long time. I did a great job you know why? I took one of the kitchen gadgets “The coffee maker “ for the first recipe in MacGyver Chef Series. I tried to use of it for another purpose other than making coffee.

MacGyver Chef is doing something with as small gear as possible. So, I have a full kitchen at my disposal, I limited all prep to the coffee maker as well as its carafe. I wanted to make chicken of my own choice.

500x_McG_Chicken_0469

Equipment required:

• Boneless skinless chicken breasts as they cook faster
• 1/2 cup couscous
• 1-2 pats butter or margarine
• Water
• Seasonings: I used one of Trader Joe’s herb/spice blends

You just remember to salt, pepper and everything. This dish toes the line between horribly and edible bland. So, season the crap out of it. There are following steps:

Step 1: Dump about a centimeter of water in the coffee maker’s reservoir to heat up. After that stick your chicken with butter in the carafe, douse the mix with seasoning. On the coffeemaker and hot water will soon flow into the carafe. Get the water to cover less than half the chicken and boil it, dump the excess out in the sink. Cook for 15 minutes and stirring once.

Step 2: Now, flip your chicken. You will feel that that the chicken is cooking but there is no Maillard reaction. Coffee makers do not get hot enough to brown meat. Then I tried to pan-fry a cutlet on the burner and it refused to take on any color even then. Cook it for another 15 minutes on this side where it needs, then remove from the carafe. Now, it is time to prep your side dish.

Step 3: I chose couscous. The real recipe suggested instant mashed potatoes but it also used the word “flakes” to define these so-called potatoes an that is creepy enough to be discouraging. I tried an entirely different starch. Couscous cooks fast and all it takes is hot liquid that coincidentally we already have. Just taste your liquid and if it requires more seasoning then adjust it. I found mine needed extra everything: herbs, salt, pepper and even a little more butter.

Step 4: With the liquid, dump in couscous in a 1:1 ratio. Not to put in more couscous than liquid or it’ll end up crunchy. On the burner, put the couscous-filled carafe back. Then for about five minutes, let it sit until the liquid’s all absorbed.

Chicken_0481Step 5: Now, you can plate it up and can serve with wine. I cannot enjoy the chicken until I’d drunk some quarters of the bottle, at which point it becomes more delicious. So, serve with wine and enjoy!!

I hope you will like this article and dish as well.

Keva Anti Radiation Chip makes Mobile handset usage Safer

Posted by Isha Farhad On August - 25 - 2009

The Keva Anti Radiation chip with KERT (Kaisulea Energy Resonance Technology) is based on a revolutionary anti-electromagnetic American technology with proven biological laboratory testing to eliminate damaging effects caused by electro-pollution.

The proprietary KERT American technology built into the Cell Chip to avoid the adverse cell response by superimposing an optimal random field or ‘noise field’ on the bio-effecting electromagnetic field and therefore it makes the resulting field random as well as the exposure neutral on a biological level. In other words, this chip protects the user from the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation (EMR) without disturbing the operation and function of your cell-phone.

By using this Keva Anti Radiation chip on cell phones, Bluetooth’s, PDAs, Laptops and Computers and other EMR emitting devices in your home and office, individuals can be protected against the harm causing radiations. This Chip will however act as a shield to superimpose this co-existing impact of EMR on human body.

Keva Anti Radiation Chip is the only proven product which has secured safety certifications of CE Mark, RoHS and S Mark. The certifications are a stamp of quality and go on to highlight the international standards adopted in manufacturing the chip and produced under the quality control system of ISO 9001:2008.

So, this will definitely improve the quality of life by preventing degeneration with aging.

When I was in school, I always wanted to play piano but because of my studies, I couldn’t able to give time to learn to play the piano from my school’s musicians. But I think now I can fulfill my dream without giving time to any teacher or musicians. Is this dream also yours? Do you want to play the Piano or to learn to play the piano or to play a song on the piano? If yes then you do not need to have boring instructors or any other help to play because with Concert Hands plugged in to the PC, you can easily become a pianist without going looking for piano classes.

The Concert Hands system teaches you piano/keyboard using a ten finger feedback system that gently pulses when you should play, coupled with an automated wrist pilot that guides you across octaves. It is a sophisticated combination of software as well as hardware that designed to make you look like a dork while you are learning to play the piano. It sounds quite cool.

How it works?

The very first step in using this system is to feed an audio file into the included software. The software breaks down the song file into notes and converts that file to a file system where a controller box distributes the signal to the finger sleeves and wrist pilots. The finger sleeves are placed on all fingers of both hands and your wrists on the wrist pilots lay gently. When the music starts the wrists pilots guide your hands to a specific location, across the piano and then the finger sleeves receive a pulse to indicate which key to press. After long waiting, the signals and repetitive motions will develop muscle memory and you will improve faster and enable you to play your favorite songs on your own.

Now, I am going to become a part-time pianist. Are you?
